Job Summary:
The purpose of the Breakfast Attendant is to participate in all aspects, from cooking to clean up, to provide our guests with a wonderful breakfast experience. Special attention is given to ensure that the highest level of service is always provided.
Responsibilities:
路 Cook and prepare the set-up for breakfast
路 Maintain stock of breakfast foods during breakfast hours
路 Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area during and after breakfast hours
路 Clean and maintain oven, stove top, refrigerator and all other equipment on daily聽basis
路 Assist AGM in daily, weekly and monthly food and other supplies inventory
路 Clean and maintain daily the dry and cold storage
路 Responsible to maintain all food and beverage dated with date received in all dry and cold storage areas
路 Prepare and stock everything needed for following day
路 Assist in the set-up of meeting rooms and banquets (if applicable)
路 Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the meeting room during and after the meeting (if applicable)
路 Clean the breakfast area and other gatehouse public areas thoroughly each day according to Systems Standards
路 Operate all kitchen and breakfast room equipment in correctly and safely
路 Order, shop for, prepare and set-up breakfast food
路 Prepare menus for the upcoming week and month
Requirements
路 Hospitality experience Preferred
路 Stable work history
路 Proven experience in Customer Service
路 Food Service Experience Preferred
路 Must be able to stand for up to 6-8 hours daily
路 Must be able to lift up to 40lbs alone
路 Must be able to stand, kneel, squat, bend and sit repeatedly
