Production Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and at high quality standards while leading and supporting a team of production employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and assigned team members
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Coordinate production schedules and workflow priorities
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to achieve production goals
• Monitor output to ensure alignment with specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
