Job Description

Are you looking for a great opportunity to work in a sports environment with flexible evening and weekend hours? Come join our Gold Medal Team as a Facility Supervisor at Okun Fieldhouse and Mid America West Sports Complex! You will...

Monitor games, practices, and tournaments of up to 8 basketball/volleyball courts
Provide an upbeat, safe environment for the public
Provide excellent customer service, leadership, and supervision of the facility
Enthusiastically greet patrons
Open and/or close the facility
Ensure facility policies are followed
Assist with setup/tear down of activities, events, and programs
Some light maintenance duties including removing trash, cleaning restrooms, etc.
Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00, depending on qualifications.

Job Requirements

Minimum age 18 years and older.
Experience working directly with the public.
Knowledge of customer service expectations and ability to solve customer service issues.
Experience in an athletic facility or sports office is preferred.

JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department.
