What You'll Do
- Ā Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operationsĀ
- Ā Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote excellence in resident careĀ
- Ā Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policiesĀ
- Ā Assist with staff education, training, coaching, and performance managementĀ
- Ā Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused cultureĀ
- Ā Monitor and maintain quality care standards and clinical outcomesĀ
- Ā Serve as a resource and leader for nursing staff, residents, and familiesĀ
What We're Looking For
- Ā Active LPN or RN license (RN preferred)Ā
- Ā Minimum of 3 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experienceĀ
- Ā Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but we welcome strong clinical nurses ready to advance into managementĀ
- Ā Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systemsĀ
- Ā Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsĀ
- Ā Passion for resident-centered care and team developmentĀ
