Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team. The Home Health Aide performs a variety of patient care and related functions under the supervision of a professional nurse. Gives care and support to persons who are elderly or disabled and in need of assistance to remain in their own homes.

Education Qualifications
  • Eligible to work as a nursing assistant at the affiliate and/or home health care agency as listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
Experience Qualifications

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
  • Eligible to work as a nurse assistant as indicated with the State Registry is required.
  • Valid state driver’s license, current automobile insurance and reliable automobile is required.
