 We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our  Care team. The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. The SLP develops and implements individualized treatment plans, collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintains accurate documentation in compliance with professional and organizational standards.  

Provide direct care of residents with physician ordered evaluation and treatment based upon regulations and established rehabilitative procedures and best practices. 

Part Time: 15 hours per week
Flexible scheduled - NO weekends
Hourly Rate: $48 - $52 per

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents per physician orders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide patient and family education
  • Complete required documentation, MDS/QMDS, and care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations

Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state SLP license
  • ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY) with a Certified Supervising SLP
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
