What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Wisconsin

• Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehab, or SNF preferred

• Strong communicator, motivator, and team builder

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting (1 plus years experience preferred)

• Excellent communication, organization, and mentoring skills

• A collaborative mindset with a focus on quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
