Job DetailsJob Location: Plant 2 Union Ave - Sheboygan, WI 53081Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: 1stPosition Summary: This role will disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble, and test-run all elements of the line seven scaling and feeding system prior to the first shift start up.  Responsibilities/ Duties: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Minimum expectations include but are not limited to: Wash meat buckets, sticks, automatic linking systems, pallets, miscellaneous small parts daily. Operate garbage and cardboard compactors. Keep Formulation area adequately supplied with clean buckets. Keep Stuffing area adequately supplied with clean sticks. Occasionally check formulation and compactor areas to prevent accumulation of garbage and cardboard. Wash plastic barrels, sweep outside areas, minor welfare upkeep is all done weekly. Take responsibility in your work to produce a safe and quality food product. Reporting all food safety and quality related problems to your supervisor, manager, or to the QA department to initiate action.  Supervisory Responsibility: No. QualificationsSpecific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, Etc.:  Required education is less than a high school diploma; no prior experience or training necessary; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.  Ability to read English and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiple and divide with tens and hundreds. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or two-step instructions.  Physical Requirements   The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
