Job DetailsJob Location: Sheboygan, WI 53081Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: 3rdPosition Summary:  Disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble and test-run all elements of the line seven scaling and feeding system prior to the first shift start up. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.  Disassembly of the Triangle system. Cleaning of the Triangle scale system. Reassembly of the Triangle system. Cleaning of the “steep” conveyor. Cleaning of the Urschel slicer. Cleaning of the “Z” conveyor. Other duties as assigned (to be done on nights when the Triangle system does not have to be cleaned). Take responsibility in your work to produce a safe and quality food product.  Report all food safety and quality related problems to your supervisor, manager, or to the QA department to initiate immediate action. Supervisory Responsibility: No.  QualificationsSpecific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, Etc: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Qualified to use a scissor lift (training provided by OWS). Qualified for use of sanitation chemicals (training provided by OWS). Qualified to operate the Triangle system (clean out, set up and test run- training provided by OWS). The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to perform these operations using any or all units of weight measurement, volume, distance, and American money. Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
