Sonic Summary

The RN position involves identifying patient needs and prioritizing care through assessment.
The RN is responsible for planning and delegating care based on those needs, as well as evaluating patient responses to treatment.
This role requires accountability for the outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.
Candidates must be graduates of a state board School of Nursing and possess current Alabama or multi-state licensure.
Experience is preferred but new graduates are accepted, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

Overview

The RN identifies patient needs and priorities for care though assessment. The RN plans and delegates care based on patient needs. The RN evaluates the patient's response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes. The RN is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure

Experience: Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.

Additional Skill/Abilities: BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period. ACLS within one year of hire.
