The Arbors of Shelburne is looking for LNAs to join our team!

Make up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives!

We have openings on our night shift. Must have a valid licensed nursing assistant license in the state of Vermont. Shift is 10pm to 6 am with an everyother weekend requirement.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities: Ā 

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingĀ 
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.Ā 
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.Ā 
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.Ā 
  • Other duties as needed.Ā 
Ā Requirements:Ā 
  • Valid Vermont LNA license required
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desiredĀ
