Your goal is to ensure order accuracy, maintain food quality standards, and support the dining room team to provide a seamless guest experience. You subscribe to the philosophy that "many hands make light work" and are willing to assist with tasks beyond your core job, such as clearing tables or helping with sidework.

  • Quality Control: Inspect every plate for accuracy and presentation (using "roll ups" to clean edges) before it leaves the kitchen.

  • Service Support: Run food to tables and assist with clearing/bussing as needed.

  • Station Maintenance: Keep condiment stations (sauces, jam, butter, etc.) stocked and maintain a clean workspace.

  • Side Work: Brew coffee, polish glassware/silverware, and fold napkins.

Core Qualifications

  • Communication: Ability to speak clearly with a steady, calm tone under pressure.

  • Multitasking: Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-Oriented: Focused on plate presentation and order specifics.

  • Team Player: Willing to learn the dining room layout and help the floor staff.

Additional Valued Qualifications

  • Familiarity with a point of sales (POS) system.

  • A passion for farm to table food and hospitality.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Being active for extended periods of time and working in settings with limited air conditioned work environments depending on the location.

  • Working within a fast-paced environment.
