The Arbors of Shelburne is looking for LNAs to join our Evening Shift team!

Make up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives!

We have openings on our evening shift for both full time and part time. Must have a valid Licensed Nursing Assistant license in the state of Vermont. Shift is 2 pm to 10 pm with an everyother weekend requirement.

We are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.Ā 

LNA Duties & Responsibilities: Ā 

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingĀ 
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.Ā 
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.Ā 
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.Ā 
  • Other duties as needed.Ā

Requirements:Ā 

  • Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desiredĀ
