This building is cleaned on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights. Monday night the building is cleaned for 1.75 hours. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday the building is cleaned for 3.75 hours. Responsibilities: -Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems) -Using various cleaning chemicals -Able to bend, stand, lift, etc. -Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours -Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures -Clean and detail to customers satisfaction, following closely to scope of work expected. -Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training) -Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled -Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually -Able to work with minimal supervision -Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Cleaning duties are, but not limited to: -Basic commercial cleaning -Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber) -Detailing -Dusting and wet wiping -Trash removal -Bathroom cleaning -Supply stocking Qualifications-High School and/or GED is encouraged -Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail -Must have reliable transportation to the job site
