Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Onsite

Salary: $75,000–$85,000

Autism 360 is hiring a compassionate BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team! If you're passionate about helping children with autism grow and thrive — and you want real mentorship, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team culture — we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

· Supervise ABA treatment implementation

· Coach and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians

· Conduct parent training

· Develop behavior intervention plans alongside BCBAs

· Monitor clinical outcomes and treatment progress

· Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

What You'll Need

· BCaBA certification (or significant progress toward BCaBA/BCBA)

· Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field

· Experience with children with autism and their families

· Strong knowledge of ABA principles
