Great leadership. Great care.  White Oak Manor of Shebly is looking for an energetic, organized, and caring Dietary Director to lead our Dietary Services team! In Long-Term Care, dining is about so much more than serving a meal. It’s comfort, conversation, familiar favorites, and one of the highlights of our residents’ day. We’re looking for a leader who can help make every dining experience a great one! What You’ll Be Doing: As our Dietary Director, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Dietary Services department! You will:  Lead, motivate, and support our Dietary Services team  Oversee daily food preparation and meal service  Help create enjoyable dining experiences for our residents  Ensure resident diets, preferences, and nutritional needs are followed  Maintain excellent food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention practices  Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and DHEC regulations Manage staffing, schedules, training, and department operations  Oversee food and supply inventory while helping control costs and waste  Maintain required records, logs, and documentation Maintain staffing schedule and Paycom information on department  Keep the department organized, compliant, and survey-ready  Partner with Nursing, Administration, and other departments to provide exceptional resident care We’re Looking for Someone Who… Loves leading and developing a team Is organized, dependable, and ready to take ownership of the department Understands the importance of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction Has knowledge of CMS guidelines and DHEC regulations Has strong communication and leadership skills Brings a positive, team-focused attitude to work each day Long-Term Care, healthcare dietary, or food service management experience is preferred.
