This role is designed for BCBAs who value in-person clinical impact but also want built-in flexibility for documentation, parent collaboration, treatment planning, and other non-billable responsibilities.

Essential responsibilities

• Provide 25 weekly in-person billable hours under CPT 97155.

• Conduct supervision, treatment planning, program modifications, and clinical review.

• Collaborate with caregivers and team members to support learner progress.

• Complete documentation, data review, and communication within required timelines.

• Support RBT performance through coaching, feedback, and clinical guidance.

• Maintain ethical and compliant service delivery consistent with payer and organizational expectations.
