  • Location: Cleveland, NC 27013 100% On-Site

  • Schedule: * Thursday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

    • Friday: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM

    • Saturday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

    • Sunday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

    • Monthly Managers Meeting: Last Wednesday of every month (11:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

In this role, you will serve as the primary Janitorial Assistant Manager for a large-scale industrial facility. You will act as the lead Operations Supervisor for the weekend and night shifts, ensuring that all janitorial and maintenance standards are met. As a Facilities Manager in training, you will:

  • Lead and direct a crew of up to 28 industrial cleaners and 8 supervisors.

  • Serve as the primary client contact during weekend hours to address immediate needs.

  • Manage operational functions, including work schedules and full shift coverage.

  • Maintain budget compliance by reviewing job costs and controlling expenses.

  • Perform site evaluations and safety audits, including inspections at heights and in industrial spaces.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Direct Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or a heavy industrial setting.

  • Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and internal program setup for staffing and budget forecasting.

  • Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and direct large teams.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to work in heavy industrial environments, work at heights (scissor lift), and lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred for effective communication with crew leaders.

  • Availability: Total commitment to the specified night and weekend schedule is required.
