Registered Nurse (RN) - Atrium Health Cleveland 5E Surgical Unit - Full Time Nights

• Full time - 3 twelve hours shifts per week
• Night shift
• Every third weekend rotation

Pay Range

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible and qualifies for a $20,000 sign–on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements! 

Where You Will Work: 

Join our 32-bed med-surg unit specializing in surgical procedures such as total joint replacements, colon resections, cholecystectomies, appendectomies, amputations, urology procedures and other varieties of patients. 

 We’re Looking For: 

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing 

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices 

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association  

• NIHSS certificate recommended within 6 months of hire.

What You’ll Do: 

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.  

• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
