IPLS in Shelbyville, KY, is hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to join our dedicated team. If you are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor production machinery to support efficient manufacturing.
Inspect products to meet quality standards—Check for flaws, blemishes, discoloration, burn marks, and warping.
Assemble components (feet, cor-plugs, card holders) according to quality plans.
Perform embossing when required and verify stamp quality.
Package and stack products according to supervisor instructions.
Promptly report any quality or safety concerns.
Contribute ideas to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Schedule & Work Environment
12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
