About the Role:  

Do you take pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and seeing a finished product come to life?

We're looking for a Painter to join our Paint Line team. In this hands-on role, you'll prepare and paint hydraulic cylinders and components to meet customer specifications and quality standards. From ensuring proper paint coverage to inspecting finished products, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cylinders and components for painting by cleaning, masking, plugging, greasing, and hanging products.
  • Apply paint using approved techniques to meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
  • Inspect products before and after painting to ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and component accuracy.
  • Monitor paint quality and identify common defects such as runs, contamination, or missed areas.

Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to accurately distinguish colors.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for production tracking and scheduling.
