About the Role:

Are you a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and driving continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor?

We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead our manufacturing engineering support team and help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. In this role, you'll provide daily leadership to Manufacturing Engineers, CNC Programmers, Tool Room Machinists, and Gage Crib personnel while partnering with cross-functional teams to remove barriers, improve processes, and support operational goals. You'll play a critical role in aligning engineering support activities with safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support Manufacturing Engineers, CNC Programmers, Tool Room Machinists, and Gage Crib personnel to achieve departmental and plant objectives.
  • Coordinate daily manufacturing support activities, including tooling, fixtures, gages, CNC programming, process improvements, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Automation, Purchasing, and Plant Leadership to resolve issues and meet operational priorities.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to support safe operations, reinforce standards, and remove barriers to productivity.
