About the Role:


Do you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing equipment, and keeping things running?


Rosenboom is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in minimizing downtime, solving mechanical challenges, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.


Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines running efficiently
  • Diagnose equipment issues and determine effective solutions
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and components


Qualifications:

  • Maintenance, mechanical, or technical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
