About the Role:

Do you enjoy working with robotics, solving technical challenges, and improving welding performance?

We’re looking for a Robotic Welding Programmer to write, edit, and troubleshoot robotic welding programs that support high-quality production. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure weldments meet specifications while improving efficiency and minimizing downtime.


Responsibilities:

  • Write and optimize robotic weld programs to meet quality and cycle time standards
  • Troubleshoot robotic welding equipment and resolve programming issues
  • Inspect and test weldments to ensure they meet specifications
  • Set up and operate welding equipment (GMAW, GTAW)


Qualifications:

  • Welding, robotic programming, or related manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of weld parameters and fixturing is a plus
  • Comfortable working with computers and programming software
