The Sewing Machine Operator is responsible for operating various sewing machines to join and/or reinforce fabric, velcro, webbing, and other material used in manufacturing of production assemblies. We are seeking a detail‑oriented, motivated Sewing Technician with strong technical ability and a solid work ethic.Â
Key Skills:
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and complete end‑of‑shift housekeeping.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, flowcharts, and build plans.
- Develop skills to operate all sewing machines (single/double needle, overlock, Adler, post, CNC auto tracker, auto webbing feeder, auto velcro feeder).

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to measure to a tolerance of +/- 1/16".
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the facility; lift up to 20 lbs.
