Program Caseworker – Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Location: Williamsport, Pennsylvania
Job Type: Full-Time (In-person)
Pay: $21.50 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No weekends)


Overview

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Program Caseworker to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Williamsport, PA.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with adolescents in a structured, therapeutic setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support positive behavioral and emotional outcomes.

Position Summary

The Program Caseworker is responsible for providing therapeutic support through individual and group sessions, coordinating care with the treatment team, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. This role plays a key part in creating a safe and structured environment that promotes wellness and progress.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Conduct weekly individual counseling sessions with clients
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on social, emotional, and behavioral development
  • Support a safe and structured therapeutic environment for all participants
  • Conduct family sessions and maintain communication with caregivers and external agencies
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team on client progress and care planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports
  • Present clinical updates to referral sources and stakeholders as needed
  • Plan and implement daily therapeutic, recreational, and educational activities
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing supervision
  • Maintain client records within EMR systems


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in counseling, behavioral health, or working with adolescents
  • Experience in structured therapeutic or partial hospitalization settings


Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain required background clearances (Act 33, Criminal History, FBI Act 73)
  • Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management training

Work Location
