Job Title: Site Supervisor - Partial Hospitalization Program

Location: Willimsport, Pennsylvania

Job Type: Full Time (In-person) 

Pay: Starting at $55,000.00 (Salary) 

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7:00am - 3:300pm 

 
Position Overview DTAC is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead and support our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Williamsport. This is a dual-role position (60% leadership / 40% clinical) focused on overseeing daily program operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality therapeutic care is delivered to adolescents in a structured, trauma-informed environment. This role is ideal for a strong, organized leader with behavioral health experience who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and is passionate about supporting youth with mental health and behavioral needs.

 
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Program Oversight

  • Supervise and support Mental Health Workers and Mental Health Professionals
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring consistency and structure
  • Develop and manage staff schedules and timekeeping
  • Provide administrative supervision to MHW/MHP staff
  • Conduct team meetings and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Perform daily EHR review to ensure documentation quality and compliance
  • Maintain effective communication across staff and leadership
  • Ensure safety and supervision of the program environment 

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of evidence-based practices
  • Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation using appropriate modalities
  • Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation

Program & Client Management

  • Assist with emergent situations and behavioral escalations
  • Support client admissions, coordination, and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Promote a structured, therapeutic, and safe environment for adolescents



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
  • Experience working with adolescents with mental health or behavioral concerns 
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and de-escalation techniques 
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage staff and program operations effectively
  • Ability to pass required background checks, fingerprinting, and drug screening 


Preferred Background

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience in PHP, outpatient, or structured day treatment settings
  • Trauma-informed care experience
  • Experience working in high-acuity behavioral health environments
