Duties & Responsibilities:

- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately
- Present repair and replacement options professionally
- Deliver excellent customer experience
- Generate service and replacement opportunities
- Educate customers on solutions and memberships
- Perform plumbing repairs and service work
- Maintain clean and professional work areas
- Properly document work performed
- Collect job photos and customer signatures
- Identify larger install opportunities for management follow-up
- Recommend preventative solutions when appropriate
- Maintain truck organization and inventory
- Follow company pricing and operational standards

You’ll Be a Fit If:
- You hold a current CT Journeyman (P2) Plumber license or equivalent. Other licenses (P6, G2, and etc.) acceptable
- Extensive Service Plumbing experience in-lieu of license will be considered
- You have a valid driver’s license and clean background
- You value customer service, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
- Service Titan and straight-forward flat rate pricing experience a plus
