Navarino Property Management | Full-Time

Navarino Property Management is seeking a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of a multifamily community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and general building issues.
  • Complete apartment turns, including painting, repairs, cleaning, and installations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine property inspections.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance areas.
  • Coordinate with vendors and communicate effectively with the property management team.
  • Maintain accurate work-order and service records.
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Critical Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of multifamily/residential maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills
  • Apartment turn experience strongly preferred
  • Dependable, professional, and service-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize work orders and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to perform physical maintenance duties
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required by the property
