General Supervisor, Assembly

Opportunity
Leadsday-to-day operations of Assembly at our Arkansas Faucets Operations,responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability. Provideshighly visible frontline leadership and continuous improvement across the valuestream.
Specific Responsibilities
OperationsLeadership
- Â Achievesrequired output levels for throughput and assembly times.
- Developsassembly leads and supervisors for continued growth and effectiveness.
- Establishesand maintains an effective 5S culture.
- Develops andenforces standard work; conducts audits as needed.
- Communicatesdaily on PH2 targets and schedule adherence.
- Conductsdaily Tier 2 meetings; participates in production meetings.
ContinuousImprovement
- Identifiesand drives improvements throughout the value stream with focus on customerdelivery.
- Leads wasteelimination projects.
- Guidesdevelopment of the model cell.
- Promotes andexecutes TPM programs.
- EstablishesOEE baselines and improvement targets.
- Creates aculture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Master's in Business Administration, or related Master’s degree, preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or related manufacturing roles.
- Minimum of 3+ years leadership experience.
- Ability to teach, mentor, and coach across operational levels.
- Â Experience with systematic problem solving.
- Â Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Â Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
