Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MedSurg team on a PRN (as needed) basis. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with providers and staff, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to medical and surgical patients across the lifespan. Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment. Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and hospital policy. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. QualificationsQualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred (or ability to obtain). MedSurg or acute care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
