Our Emergency Department is a team-oriented environment where nurses play a vital role in delivering safe and effective care to patients of all ages. Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team.The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate treatment, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities: Provide assessment, triage, and nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. Respond quickly and effectively to critical and emergency situations. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols. Collaborate with physicians and other staff to deliver safe, patient-centered care. Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical records QualificationsQualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire). TNCC required within 1 year of hire. Previous emergency or critical care nursing experience preferred.
