About the Position

We are currently expanding our remote operations team and seeking individuals who enjoy assisting others, staying organized, and delivering exceptional client support. As a Customer Experience Journey Advisor, you will help clients through various stages of the travel planning process, including trip coordination, reservation assistance, and general customer care.

This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, adaptable, and comfortable handling responsibilities in a remote work environment. Previous industry experience is not required, as full training and ongoing support are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and customized travel experiences
  • Research travel options, pricing, accommodations, and transportation using company-approved platforms
  • Review itineraries and booking details to ensure information is accurate and complete
  • Provide professional assistance and recommendations based on client requests, preferences, and travel goals
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital messaging systems
  • Assist with booking modifications, schedule changes, and customer service inquiries
  • Maintain organized records, client profiles, and travel documentation
  • Attend virtual training sessions and team collaboration meetings
