Faucet Assembly Operator 

 

Location: Onsite – Sheridan, AR

  

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.  

Shift Needed:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Thursday
  • 2nd Shift: 5:00PM-3:30AM, Monday-Thursday
  • Weekend 1st Shift: 5:00AM-5:00PM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

We are looking for Operator I in our Organics department within the Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.  

 

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities  

  • Operate and maintain Powder and Lacquer Spray Systems. Operate and maintain Powder Cure systems.  

  • Wear specified personal protective equipment  

  • Follow Safety Procedures for Department Areas.  

  • Maintain adequate material supplies.  

  • Marks materials with identifying information.  

  • Inform Management of any safety or product quality concerns  

  • Records amount of materials or items received or distributed.  

  • Weighs or counts items for distribution  

  • Perform any other task requested by supervision.

 Key Qualifications  

  • Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.  

  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.  

  • Must be at least 18 years old. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 

  • 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more. 

  • Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.  

  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.  

  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
