ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has a long-standing legacy, first opening in 1992 and expanding to a multi-office operation in 2017. With 17 team members today, we’ve built a strong, experienced, and close-knit team. My journey with State Farm began in 1986 as a team member, which gave me a deep appreciation for what it takes to grow a successful agency from the ground up.

We offer 401(k), health benefits, PTO, and flexibility when needed, along with three to four weeks of vacation and sick time. Our office culture is fun, energetic, and built on long-term relationships — many of our team members have been with us for years.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Goldsworthy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
