Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: TX Sherman - Sherman, TX 75092Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Some CollegeSalary Range: $3,721.47 - $3,721.47 Salary/monthJob Shift: DayPosition Purpose: The U.S. Extension Campus Coordinator is responsible for operating the campus location in these three areas: well-managed, sustainable, and deep discipleship. They are to steward the location following the guidance of Charis leadership. The incumbent will help facilitate the student learning experience through the administration of the Charis curriculum. They will embrace the vision of growing the campus through networking and strategy implementation. Essential Duties: Establishes and maintains an environment supportive of the mission and vision, encouraging the development and exercise of God-honoring Kingdom principles as set forth by Charis Bible College. Provides support to the student learning environment and ensures the student handbook is followed. Ensure the required course list and schedule guidelines are adhered to. Prepare class hybrid schedule per guidelines and manage the student classroom experience. Serve as the Charis representative in the local area. Market the Extension campus ministers, churches, and Pastors in the local and surrounding area. Effectively convey scriptural teachings that are in alignment with Charis leadership and doctrinal statements. Responsible for staying within the guidelines of the assigned budget. Facilitate discussion group leaders. Host Charis Instructors when they are assigned to the campus. Responsible for knowledge and adherence to the policies and procedures set by Charis. Adhere to and communicate Charis Bible College’s vision to students and staff. Attend staff meetings. Attend the annual US Ext Leadership Training meetings in Woodland Park. Be prepared to lead one mission trip per school year if requested. Participates in the planning, development, and implementation of the location’s long- and short-term goals and objectives. Must be present to host all Charis on-campus events. Participate in on-the-job training. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of Charis curriculum and instructional programs, and administrative practices and procedures. Knowledge of the goals, objectives, structure, and operations of US Extension Campuses. Skill in implementing new strategies, policies, and procedures. Strong leadership skills that promote honor, faith, dedication, creativity, innovation, and growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of leaders and staff (with different ethnic and cultural backgrounds). Ability to speak effectively to large groups of students and staff. Ability to understand financial data and manage resources. Ability to work and lead a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students and staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to operate Windows-based computers with experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong technical aptitude. Ability to handle a wide variety of responsibilities with minimal supervision. Ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions. Must have excellent time-management skills and be capable of managing multiple tasks. Requirements: Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Must sign the Statement of Faith. A high school diploma or equivalent education is required. An Associate's degree or higher is preferred. A Charis Bible School graduate is required. A Charis Bible College Global Training School graduate is preferred. Coordinator Training Program Internship completion is preferred. Charis Intern completion. Must pass all required checks. Experience: Demonstrated administrative skills of two years or more. Proven ministry experience of two years or more.  Compensation is commensurate with experience.
