We're seeking a Licensed Funeral Director to join our Pennsylvania team, splitting time between our Dugan and Hoffman Funeral Homes.

You'll be a trusted presence for families navigating grief, a steady hand behind the scenes, and a mentor to the people growing alongside you. If you're passionate about doing this work with integrity and heart, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead funeral services that truly reflect each family's wishes and honor the life lived
  • Guide families through the arrangement process with compassion, patience, and clarity
  • Prepare the deceased for viewing, including embalming and cosmetic work
  • Stay current and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Strengthen community ties through meaningful outreach and relationship building
  • Invest in the next generation by mentoring junior associates and funeral interns
  • Active funeral director licensure in Pennsylvania, or a willingness to obtain it.
  • Degree in mortuary science from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a funeral home setting.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with grieving families.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various communication platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
