Schedule: B-Shift, Monday–Friday (10am-6pm), with overtime opportunities as needed, including occasional weekends.

NOTS Logistics is seeking a Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team in Shippensburg, PA. In this role, you will safely move and handle materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. Depending on the department, associates may operate forklifts, powered industrial equipment, and RF scanning technology.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely move, store, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate professionally and effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Maintain equipment and report any operational concerns
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems as required
• Assist with training and supporting team members
• Report to work on time and prepared for assigned duties
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• RF scanner experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to stand and work for up to 10-hour shifts
• Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork
