Technicians are the critical intersection between engineering and quality; building our technology so we can deliver first-of-a-kind systems to our customers. From material handling, aerospace, medical device automation and friction stir welding this role will challenge you like no other.

Building first of a kind automation requires one of a kind top-notch talent, and we hope that is you!  Do you have experience in building robotics, laser systems or vision systems within complex automated systems?   Do you thrive on interpreting a CAD drawing, identify and troubleshoot issues you may see while you build? You can hit the ground running if you can read, interpret and trouble shoot engineering documentation and have hands on experience with wiring and mechanical assembly techniques in complex systems.  Your prior experience powering up a variety of complex machines will set you up for success at PAR.  We never go at things alone, so your ability to work independently but collaborate with others is critical. The work you do here is integral to customer satisfaction and bringing PAR Systems to the next level.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of relevant technology and machine build experience
  • AAS degree or relevant training and/or experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with machine power-up experience on complex machines
  • Experience building from and troubleshooting issues from CAD solid model images on complex machines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Robotics, Laser Systems, Vision Systems
  • PLC programming is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed to support the business
  • US Person
