Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional company Dump Truck Driver to join our team. We are looking for someone that fits our team, brings a positive attitude, and their work ethic speaks for itself. We are willing to train in certain aspects of the job but experience is preferred. Responsibilities 
  • Operate Dump Trucks: Drive and operate dump trucks that transport materials to and from job sites. 
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct pre and post trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in good working order, checking for mechanical issues and that safety compliance protocols are met. 
  • Adhere to Regulations: Follow all safety rules and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations while driving and operating the truck.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of driving activities, including hours worked and materials transported.
  • Report Issues: Promptly report and mechanical faults to management. 
Qualifications
  • 3 years plus previous experience as a Truck Driver is preferred
  • Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL)
  • Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate
  • Familiarity with GPS systems, CB radios, and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) technology
  • Paving experience preferred
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to drive manual and automatic transmissions
  • Mechanically inclined preferred
