Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
Administer medications and monitor client health conditions.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
Maintain accurate records of client care and report changes in condition.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health or caregiving is a plus.
Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
