Radiologic Technologist – Diagnostic Imaging
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures across diagnostic imaging locations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of radiologic technology experience, strong technical skills, excellent patient-care abilities, and a commitment to patient safety and quality imaging services.
Essential Responsibilities
Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures according to established protocols and standards.
Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including:
General radiography
C-Arm imaging
Fluoroscopy
Trauma radiography
Verify physician orders and confirm appropriate examinations before procedures.
Properly identify patients and verify exam information.
Explain procedures to patients and provide appropriate instructions before and during examinations.
Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety throughout imaging procedures.
Act as a patient advocate and respond appropriately to patient concerns.
Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment safely and effectively.
Produce high-quality diagnostic images while following radiation safety practices.
Follow established patient safety standards and infection-control procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Mentor and provide guidance to students and less-experienced staff when appropriate.
Demonstrate professional conduct and positive communication with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with other imaging modalities and departmental functions as needed.
Transport patients when required.
Answer and appropriately direct telephone calls.
Participate in staff meetings, educational sessions, in-services, seminars, and professional development activities.
Review and maintain familiarity with departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Maintain current knowledge of radiologic technology practices and applicable regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
On-Call & Seasonal Requirements
Participate in on-call responsibilities when required.
Schedule and call requirements may vary based on departmental and patient-care needs.
Flexibility to support changing operational and seasonal demands is expected.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional radiologic technology experience.
Appropriate radiologic technology education and training.
Current and valid professional licensure appropriate to the position and state of practice.
Strong knowledge of diagnostic radiography procedures.
Experience with radiographs, C-Arm imaging, fluoroscopy, and trauma imaging preferred.
Strong patient-care and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment.

Compensation & Relocation
Salary: $38.00–$52.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 payable after 90 days
$5,000 payable after 12 months
Sign-on bonus payments do not require repayment.
Relocation Bonus:
$5,000, typically payable with the first paycheck.
If relocation assistance is provided, a 12-month employment commitment applies. Employees who leave before completing the commitment may be responsible for repayment of the relocation assistance.
