Orientation
Our paid 4-day orientation is designed to make your transition as smooth as possible. Transportation, meals, and lodging are provided, so there are no out-of-pocket expenses during onboarding.
You'll be assigned a dedicated driver manager who provides ongoing communication and support. Our Path to Success pay program helps provide financial stability while transitioning into your new driving position.

Qualifications
Valid CDL-A license
Valid DOT Medical Card
Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months
