Position Summary

The Collision Estimator is the engine of the repair plan and often the customer's first point of contact. You will inspect damaged vehicles, write accurate and complete estimates, own the parts process, and keep carriers aligned from intake through delivery. Working closely with the General Manager, you will protect parts gross profit, keep files moving, and guide customers through what is often a stressful experience with clarity and patience. This is a key role in a growing front office, with the autonomy to own your work and the backing of a hands on, family oriented team.
