Housekeeper – Full Time

Village Health Care at The Glen

 Schedule    7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.                    

  Rotation: 4 days on / 2 days off 

The Glen Retirement System is currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our team in our Long-Term Care Community, Village Health Care at The Glen. If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Sanitize resident rooms and bathrooms
• Empty trash and replenish supplies
• Perform deep cleaning and room preparation for new residents
• Report maintenance needs and supply shortages
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and follow cleaning schedules

Requirements

 Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
