What You'll Do

  • Complete resident service requests

  • Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community

  • Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues

  • Assist with apartment turns and renovations

  • Support emergency maintenance response

  • Deliver exceptional customer service

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records

About You

  • Maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred

  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair experience is a plus
