Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Mixing/Blending Operator to support our manufacturing process. This position involves mixing fine powder colors, operating melting equipment, and processing the material through cooling equipment to produce small pellets for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, mix, and blend fine powder colors according to production specifications.
• Operate and monitor melting and processing equipment.
• Run melted material through water-cooling equipment to produce small pellets.
• Monitor product quality and equipment operation throughout the process.
• Follow production, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Package and prepare finished material for shipment.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report issues to supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Manufacturing, machine operation, mixing, or blending experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Comfortable working around machinery, heat, water, and fine powders.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to follow all company safety procedures.
