Immediate Openings – No Experience Required (We Train)


Due to increased production demand, we are hiring Press Operators to run high-speed stamping, punch, and forming presses.


No press experience? No problem.
 If you’re a recent graduate, trade school student, or mechanically inclined, we will train you.


What You’ll Do

  • Operate punch, stamping, and forming presses (5 ton – 150 ton range / 9 presses)

  • Run progressive die stamping and metal forming operations

  • Load materials and monitor press cycles for quality and consistency

  • Assist with die setup, adjustments, and changeovers (training provided)

  • Inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances and aerospace quality standards

  • Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges

  • Troubleshoot basic issues (misfeeds, part defects, etc.)

  • Perform basic machine upkeep and follow lockout/tagout safety procedures


What You Need (Must-Have)

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation preferred

  • OR recent graduate from a trade, vocational, or technical program

  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools/equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Ability to work extended shifts and overtime as needed
