What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and ensure a positive experience
• Lead, coach, and support team members throughout the shift
• Operate the point-of-sale register and manage daily store operations
• Plan and create engaging merchandise displays
• Restock shelves, deli bar, coolers, and freezers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including trash removal and restroom cleaning
• Handle customer concerns and ensure 5-star service
• Assist with inventory, staff scheduling, and shift coverage
• Oversee janitorial and maintenance teams to meet cleanliness and safety standards
