We are currently searching for Production Operators to join our team at our Sidney Plant in Sidney, Ohio.

1st shift- 6:45am-2:45pm
2nd shift- 2:45pm-10:45pm
3rd shift- 10:45pm-6:45am

What you will do:

Observe and follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations including wearing required PPE
Monitor quality components and procedures
Follow company health and safety policies
Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery
Monitor machinery and processes to ensure optimal performance
Perform regular quality checks on finished products and throughout production to ensure they meet specifications standards
Maintain production logs
Assemble and package finished products

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred 1 - 3 years' experience in manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety and quality alerts
Detail oriented
Proven record of consistent attendance and punctuality
Basic computer experience preferred
Be a team player
